a history of violence
I'm Lux, a twenty-something-year-old college student who enjoys history, sarcasm, intelligence and a quick wit. Very much an old soul, I am a future doctorate candidate for history a la World War II and novelist. I spend my free time reading about demons, conspiracy theories, time travel and the magic bullet that killed JFK.

Do you know what a paratrooper's stateside uniform during the Vietnam war would look like? I am getting different opinions from reliable sources, and was wondering if you might know.
I’m actually not sure what their stateside uniforms looked like during the Vietnam War. However I do know there was two different sets, one pattern left over from Korea and then one for Vietnam, which I’m pretty sure was altered as the war progressed. I only know what their combat outfit was.

That’s a tough question for me. I love the romantic qualities that are given to the 40s by looking back at it, but there are some strong negatives about those times that we don’t have - or at least not as strongly. I love computers and technology so I’m not sure I could give something like the internet up but if given the chance I’d like the experience that past instead of live in it.
Quick, someone get me a TARDIS.

Oh, I did that for my prom back in high school! I had a 1945 cocktail dress :D
