Private Tom McCormack of the 1st Battalion, Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders photographed while wounded. He was taken prisoner during the St. Nazaire Raid (Operation Chariot) in March 1942. He died of his wounds 11 April 1942 at the age of 25.
