Anonymous asked: Just a note on the Mount Vesuvius photos the P-40 was named the Warhawk (Tomahawk/Kittyhawk with the UK & USSR) and the Mustang was for the P-51. Sorry for nitpicking but my obsession with aircraft from that era does that to me lol.

No dude, totally cool! I tried to double check with one of the old school photography books I have but it just said P40 and USAAF so thanks for the info :D
